Meet The Team
Simon Jones (CEO) Simon is a highly competent General Manager and natural salesperson, with a passion for driving performance, leading teams, fixing problems, and implementing sustained change. With over 20 years of delivering outstanding results for International Blue-Chip companies, and more recently working with Energist’s Board and Investors to maximise shareholder value. Simon has come from a finance background having started at Energist in 2015 as Group Finance Director before moving into the CEO role. Simon is a qualified Management Account (CIMA) and has a BSc (First Class Honours) in Technology & Business Studies from the University of Glamorgan.
Chief Financial and Operation Officer
Sarah Davies (CFO & Ops) is a highly qualified commercial finance leader with a proven track record of multi-national financial reporting, M&A, treasury management and people and team development in regulated and nonregulated organisations in the UK and overseas. Prior to joining Energist in January 2019, Sarah has held various roles including a subsidiary directorship of a UK listed Advanced materials R&D consultancy and an overseas posting with a Canadian metals manufacturing and mining company. Time also spent as a non-executive director supporting business strategy. She is FCCA and CGA Canada qualified with a BA Accountancy from the University of Wales.
Peter joined the Board as Chair in September 2019.
Peter is also the co founder of Beaubridge (UK) Limited, an early stage investment firm which focuses on well being.
Qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1988 and worked in Critical Care and General Medical nursing positions. Since leaving nursing, he has been in Laboratory, Hospital and Medical device sales for over 30 years, and during that time has had vast and varied experience providing sales support and clinical training doctors, and clinical teams and colleagues.
He has been in the aesthetics industry for almost half of that time, working for two world leading aesthetic device companies i.e. Solta Medical and Energist. He joined Energist in 2016 as UK Sales Manager, advancing to European Sales Manager, before talking up his current role as Clinical Manager in 2019.
Tyrone is responsible for clinical training and support along with assisting with regulatory matters and producing clinical resources and protocols.
