In December, Energist Group acquired the Portrait Plasma Skin Regeneration (PSR) business, formerly trading as Rhytec, with an established global installation base exceeding 500 units. Edgar Fincher, M.D., Ph.D., of Fincher Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, Beverley Hills, Calif., is pleased that the Portrait PSR system has been brought back to the market. “This is a technology that delivers the clinical results that are promised. The technology is also backed by extensive research and clinical studies I was involved with,” he said. “I have seen dramatic, predictable and enduring results with the Portrait, and look forward to offering it to my patients once again.”

In addition to the newly acquired technologies, Energist Group continues to promote its two other flagship products; the unique fiber delivered MedArt FRx fractional CO2 laser and the UltraPlus VPL (Variable Pulsed Light) system, “considered amongst the most powerful and versatile pulsed light workstations on themarket.
